A couple of days ago I looked out on the Bay and saw a Rossy. I launched the dinghy and rowed out to welcome Dale Burge to Sturgeon Bay. Dale is from Lawton, Oklahoma and is doing a backward Great Circle single-handed. Later in the day he rafted off of Buddy for an hour or so...
